These Community Rules / Game Rules (the "Rules") are the document referenced by the "I agree to the rules" checkbox on the Destarion Test registration page.
When communicating in-game, in chat, on the forum, on the wiki, or in Official Community Channels, treat all other participants with respect.
The following are prohibited in chat, on the forum, on the wiki, and in Official Community Channels:
Mass unsolicited messages and promotion of third-party resources without Destarion Test's prior permission are prohibited.
The use of cheats, bots, macros, or any third-party software that grants an unfair in-game advantage is strictly prohibited.
Buying, selling, or exchanging Accounts, Characters, Virtual Currency, or Virtual Items for real money outside Destarion Test's official systems is prohibited.
The exchange of items between Users is permitted only through the official in-game trading mechanisms provided by Destarion Test.
It is prohibited to use names for Characters, guilds, or clans that are offensive or discriminatory, that imply an official status, or that infringe the rights of third parties.
Depending on the severity and frequency of a Violation, measures including warnings, temporary chat restrictions, and temporary or permanent Account suspension are applied, generally in order of Escalation.
Notwithstanding the scale set out in clause 6.1, Violations referred to in clause 3.1 (Doxxing; sexual content involving minors; calls for unlawful acts or violence) will result in an immediate, indefinite Account suspension without prior Escalation steps. Where required by applicable law, Destarion Test may report such Violations to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
If you believe a Moderation Measure applied to you was unwarranted, you may submit an appeal through Destarion Test support within 14 days of the measure being applied, providing an explanation or supporting evidence. This right of appeal covers all Moderation Measure decisions without exception, including those made under clause 6.2.
These Rules apply equally to conduct in Destarion Test's Official Community Channels as they do to conduct directly in-game.
In addition to these Rules, each Official Community Channel is also subject to its own terms of use established by the relevant provider.
Destarion Test may update these Rules at any time by publishing a revised version on the Platform.
